Phil is a physio magician! I work a desk job so constantly have tight shoulders and neck problems. After seeing Phil a couple of times, he was able to fix me and provide some simple yet effective exercises that helped the problem from occurring again. He also gives a really good remedial massage and is an overall great person. Highly recommend seeing Phil!
How I plan to help you
I have always played sport or exercises intensely. I know all too well what it is like to have your plans ruined by injury.
This means I have had plenty of time on the other side of the consult, as the patient.
My promise to you is that I will treat you exactly how I would want to be treated: Given an honest opinion, with a clear plan and an informed choice about how many sessions you come back for.
I put a large emphasis on giving you the tools you need to manage yourself because my goal is for you to get the outcome you want in the fewest sessions possible.
