Phil is a physio magician! I work a desk job so constantly have tight shoulders and neck problems. After seeing Phil a couple of times, he was able to fix me and provide some simple yet effective exercises that helped the problem from occurring again. He also gives a really good remedial massage and is an overall great person. Highly recommend seeing Phil!
